[a pause. He wants to say no. He wants to shut the journal on him, and tell him to shove off. This guy is a jerk and aggravating as hell. ]

[But there's a chance this could actually be important. That this could affect John, who while he's not close, has never done anything but nice things for Allen.]

[Ugh why does John have to have such stupid friends.]

[And there's the sound of him grabbing a lantern and getting up to head somewhere private]
