Robb Stark was King of the North. [Okay, she can't talk much of family loyalties, but in her heart it has never wavered. She let him know that when he was here. Everyone can lay claim to whatever they wanted, but Robb was a Stark and he was king.]

No one holds the North. Least of all a Targaryen. [For true she liked the Khaleesi. She could not deny what she was in Essos. But what is the North now? In the wake of the Red Wedding, who held what? She has had little news of it.]

The Freys and the Boltons betrayed Robb Stark and Lady Catelyn most brutally, and they will be dealt with.
