I mean like, you could probably wish for the plants or the tools or those box things you keep everything in, 8ut not the thing in its entirety!
The castle is all a8out not making things easy for you, so you'd have to take 8a8y steps to make your way to the final project.
As far as actually 8uilding the thing itself, you could always ask around the journals for people to help you construct the thing or find a way to earn or make money and contract someone in the city to 8uild it for you.

There is this huge sense of community around here, and I know for a fact there are a handful of people who like growing plants and stuff.
I know this large human male who has his own garden and he tends to it. He would pro8a8ly 8uild the greenhouse for you if you ask nicely.

I've heard the castle can't poof things like that into existence.
You can wish for the building blocks, but not the whole thing. But even then, you've got to think, where does it all come from?

Well, I'm pretty sure the grist spent when making things is the price for it.
And sure!
It was rather close to when I first arrived. Everyone got awfully sick for a few days. Some sicknesses were even linked to big or common wishes.
It was pretty awful.

I'm pretty sure you have to do the wishing in the castle.

The parts and all that. Glass. Whatever it is.

Then you'd have to bring it out to wherever you wanted it, but wishes aren't always reliable.

I'm not sure there's a limit when it comes to when the castle wants to change the rules and, yeah, they only work at the castle.

I guess the wishes are a benefit of sticking around the place.
