[ It was early evening when the Silver Lord ventured out to town. As dusk approached, the evening sky was quickly streaked with amber hues. The sun was setting over the vast horizon, not to be seen again until morning's rise. Normally Celeborn wouldn't be seen roaming about at this time of day, especially since he took a keen fondness to staying indoors. However, it would seem there was no book at the library that could hold the Elvenlord's interest for he now prowls the streets with no set destination.

Watching idly as a few onlookers passed him by, Celeborn's regal form was all but concealed in a gray cloak spun from cotton. He walked along the cobblestone streets in complete silence, his blue gaze lingering upon random faces that caught his eye. Finally, Celeborn came to a complete halt in front of a familiar shop that he knew belonged to Elrond. ]

More ancient than the next stories and odes of a past unbeknown to me linger within these grand halls.

[ Flipping through the pages of an unnamed book, Celeborn speaks in low and hushed tone. He's within the library, you see; idly passing away the time reading as many books as he possibly can. While none of these tomes spoke of how he could win his freedom, the Elvenlord seems to be intrigued nonetheless. ]

One must wonder where such lore ends and the truth begins. More often than not such fanciful tales are forged from forgotten truths.

[ He closes the book suddenly. ]

This is a commonalty that all realms share despite their differences in culture, belief, and people. Therefore I wonder what commonality is shared between this realm and our own. While I'm more than certain such a topic as been discussed before, I merely wish to discuss both our similarities and our differences whether they are cultural or not.

[ Plucking yet another book off the nearby shelf, Celeborn flips through it rather quickly before placing it back. ]

I do believe speaking with others would prove to be rather...intriguing. More so than reading.
