The entire place was silent, and the hallways are empty. One could seriously hear a pin drop from doors away. But then...

A small figure of a young woman in green bursts out of the door, flying out of the room feet first. Theme music go!]

Hwataaaa! Nice try, but you kidnapped the wrong person, whoever you are!

[She did not realize her journal was open, and following her around. So whoever had their journals open would hear a loud noise that sounds like a shotgun blast]

I uh-- I just woke up in here! I was running around town to train and I feel asleep by the riverbank. The next thing I know, I'm here!

Sheesh. So how did I get here? Do you know?

No one knows exactly how it happens, but we all pretty much get here the same way: we just show up. Some people turn corners, some people wake up from bein' asleep in their rooms ... some people even show up after they thought they'd died.

Fun fact, though: the sooner you can wrap your head around the idea that a building is alive somehow and lives off messing with people, the sooner your brain will stop feeling like it's gonna explode.

Sheesh. That would explain why I just got here. I was by the riverbank taking a break. I closed my eyes for a minute and suddenly I was inside a room of a castle.

[CRAP! Knowing Chie, she'll practically wreck the place - and anyone nearby - before actually thinking to ask any questions! Maybe they'll get lucky and people will only talk to her through the journal, but Rise's not getting her hopes up.]

[Hearing a familiar voice did help her calm down. She looked behind her and leaned forward to get a closer look at the journal]

I'm glad you're okay! I just woke up here after hanging out at Samegawa. I thought I got kidnapped and put into the TV again, even after we just found out who the real killer was... [Chie scratched her head, almost embarrassed]

Oh my god! It is you! Where are you? Are you okay? I just woke up here, I thought I was kidnapped!

I'm in my room at the moment. It's...well, I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you.

But you have been kidnapped. [ a pause. ] Where are you?
