I never thought I'd be this glad to be back in my own room. Watching movies was nice, really, but-- I don't think I wanted to do it for a whole week. That won't happen if I go to the theater again, will it...?

Oh, I was wondering. Does anyone have any, um... anything broken that they don't want? Scrap metal or spare parts, or even bits of glass or plastic would work. I'd like to build some things, but it's a lot harder than I expected to make them with stuff that's intact. I'm not used to that at all, and it feels kind of bad to ask the castle for things and then just... ruin them. You know? I'm not sure what I'd even ask it for, anyway. I've only ever worked with stuff I've found lying around.

So, yeah, if you have any miscellaneous stuff that doesn't work or that you want to get rid of, please bring it to room 616. N-nothing too big, though! It won't fit through the door.

[For quite some time, 5 will be sitting just outside his room on the sixth floor in the hopes that someone might drop by. He doesn't want to be rude and leave the area in case anyone shows up... though he doesn't entirely take into account the fact that the door to his room is extraordinarily easy to miss.]

[Five may hear a bit of a clatter as some scraps and extra parts Blues normally keeps for his maintenance are dropped off at his door. Have some robutt parts little guy. Blues doesn't plan to stick around though for thanks though.]

[5, who has been sitting with his face buried in the journal in the midst of talking to everyone, blinks curiously upward at the sound of a jumble of metal parts being set down beside him. He sets the journal down carefully next to himself, scrambling to his feet to wave after Blues as he continues on down the hall.]

Ah, this is exactly the sort of thing I'm used to building with! Thank you very much!

[His words may not be heard, but it's in his nature to offer thanks regardless.]

[He'll turn around and shrug.]

I wasn't using it anyways, don't worry about it.

...What sort of project?

I'm trying to make a... vehicle, more or less. Something that will help me get around the castle without it taking all day. Metal parts are the most useful things I could really ask for when it comes to making something of this sort.

I can see how metal parts would be more useful than others. There's someone here who's been working on something similar. Though what he's done has been remote controlled as opposed to having an actual driver.

Who are you talking about, if I might ask? Maybe, if they're working on something like that, they would have some pieces I could use.

Though... I don't know if I should go up and ask a stranger if I can have their stuff...

I meant more if you needed a bit of help with the construction. They've been working on things in my room.

I don't recognize that name, no. But... I know you, so maybe you could introduce me? Working together with other people is nice, and it brings back a lot of memories, so I think I'd like having some help.

[He sounds very sincere, too; having people around to help makes overcoming problems so much easier for him.]

Did you make good use of that scarf?

Oh-- yes! It's, um... it's my blanket.

[He seems to fluster a little, hoping that that's an acceptable purpose for it.]

It's really warm. I never had anything that comfortable at home, and I like it better than what the castle gave me... thanks.

So long as it's being put to good use, that's what counts.

[He imagines there's enough of that scarf to make multiple blankets for someone like 5.]

Don't sweat it, I already have one. I didn't need any more.

It meant a lot to me... it still does.

[He glances over his shoulder with a slight smile as he moves to shuffle back into his room, carrying all the stuff Blues gave him. He can't quite hold it all; he'll have to make several trips, but he definitely plans on taking everything he was offered.]
