Just out of curiosity, has anyone around here ever played "Word Assassins"?

Word Assassins? That is some sort of Earth game?

Yes, it is.

Basically, you each person in a group of players picks a name -- a "mark" -- and a word out of a hat. The aim of the game is to get your mark to say the word without actually saying it yourself. If you succeed, your mark is "dead," and you inherit their mark and word.

The game keeps going until there's one person left.

It's a fairly simple game, and it can be a lot of fun.

You don't literally assassinate them. You just have to get them to say the word.

You can't say the word yourself, and you need to be there when the person says the word -- but any other tactics you wish to use are fair game.
