But to put it simply, my powers are rare in my world. Like...very rare. And the only people older than me with the same powers are either dead or bastards who wouldn't tell me anyway.

Well there's one other person with powers like mine that's in the same position, but...pretty much.

Though I'm not really interested in learning all about them. I don't need them.

Well, I guess it's different for everyone. But for me? ...Well, powers just tend to bring trouble. I know they come in handy sometimes, but overall the less I have them the better.

So other than flying do you ever actually use your powers?

Well, a couple of my abilities I can't turn off- like my hearing and my vision. So of course I use those. As for my other ones...I'll use my elemental magic in fights and healing. The rest...only if I absolutely have to.

In fact for some reason I can't even seem to use some by my own will. The others can, but for me? I can't really...control it.

People think I could get better if I trained with them, but what's the point? I get by fine without them.
