Age is a thing to ponder, of what lies waiting for us back home. [She thinks of the Vale, and what is to become of Alayne Stone. Sansa Stark must be dead, she tells herself.]

Does the castle truly know what is to be if some did not age while others did? [Was it an omen?] I know little of magic, as its use has long since died where I am from. Perhaps this is but another trick. None can foretell the future.

I should have liked to grown old, though I have not an idea of what my father's wishes. [She is simply relieved to be away and free of Lannisters, let alone planning for what is to come. No doubt Petyr has something planned. She briefly thinks of Winterfell, the promise he once made.]

I have safety while Westeros is still torn. The castle would like me to believe that isn't so, I presume.

[She arrives shortly to the lobby, looking for the familiar boy with glasses.]

[ He's standing near the door and gives her a small smirk and a wave when he sees her. ]

[She bows when she sees him before moving closer.]

Good day, James.

[staggeringego]

[ Grinning wider at the bow and straightens up snatching up the broom he had set against the wall near him. ]

Good day. I see you're looking as lovely as ever.

[songsandstories]

[His words get a blush, and she dips her head, trying to hide the smile.]

My thanks. And you as well.

[staggeringego]

[ He's not even going to try to not look pleased at the comment as he reaches up to mess up his own hair a little. ]

Thanks for that. Are you ready to head out then?

[She gives a sure nod before moving closer to follow him.]

Is it... safer this time?

[staggeringego]

Ought to be, I've been working on them and I think I've worked out all the kinks at this point.

[songsandstories]

It does me well to know that. [Not that the last time wasn't fun, but please to be not falling off a broom.]

[ Yeah, that's generally an experience that's best to avoid a repeat of. ]

Glad to hear it! Shall we head out then?

When you are ready, James. [She moves to take his arm.]

[staggeringego]

[ Holding it out for her to do so before moving over to toss the door open and propping it open with his foot while he grabs the broom with his free hand. ]

Ready right now!

[songsandstories]

[She walks with him, a smile still on her face. It's not often she gets to engage in something that makes her smile this much, not even here.]

[staggeringego]

[ James is more than happy to oblige, and leads them out onto the front yard proper before holding the broom out at his side, letting it float on the air on its own. ]

Now then, after you.

[ He's even turning to take her other hand in his so he can help her up onto it. ]

[One hand takes his as the other pulls her skirts up to get on the broom. It still seems such a silly thing, something Old Nan would have told her (of course someone would get slaughtered in the story).]

It's no problem.

[ He'll stand steady for her, ready to grab the broom if need be as she situates herself on it first. ]

[She slips onto it, holding onto the broom before he gets on it. She's still amazed by it.]

[staggeringego]

[ He'll take no time at all to clamber onto the thing. It is, after all, his natural place at this point. ]

All right then?

[Her hands move to hold his sides, preparing herself for when he moves.]
