[Okay, those are definitely the letters that make up the word uh but the rest of it is just jumbled up nonsense. Still, Cass is just going to trust this thing is writing down what she's saying.]

I'm- lost. I think. Castle is big. In book room. Um, library. [Come on Cass, use the right names for things.] Could use [help] information. Um... tips? Meeting in person... would be best.

[Nothing happens for a minute, but then Cass remembers the important part about introductions: You have to actually introduce yourself.]

I'm Cassandra. Cain.

[If anyone does go looking for her, they'll find Cass poking through the books and possibly looking at them like she's reading them, but once you're close enough it's clear... she's holding the book upside down. Oops.]

[And it's not that she's forgotten about Steph, but she can't do anything about her being here now. Tim is going to handle it, so she has to wait. She can do that. Right now, this man is grinning at her and he knows about her parents and that's something she can deal with.]

You were raised to be a perfect killer, but then you joined Stephanie's family. The "Bat" family. That and you are a better fighter than Stephanie is... and she impressed me to begin with.

[All of that is true enough, so Cass nods. She hadn't quite realized how close to Ezio she had gotten while she was still angry, so she leans back now, though she's still looking up at him, curious and wondering.]

Must have been... long wait, to meet me. Worth it?

[assassino]

[Ezio chuckles.]

We will see, but the first impression has been great.

Ah! [Silly him. He bows, shortly.] Ezio Auditore.

[She's seen people on TV and in movies do that, but they're almost always kings or princes. Seeing someone dressed in modern clothing do it is kind of amusing.]

Ezio. [It sounds a little funny when Cass says it because she has enough trouble with her own language, but at least she tries.] Can use Cass. Since you're... Steph's friend.

[assassino]

It is a pleasure, Cass.

[He holds out a hand, palm up, to take hers. He intends, of course, to kiss it :')]

[She's never done handshakes right so when Ezio offers her his hand, Cass just presses her fist against his palm. It's her version of a handshake, she's always said hello this way.]

[assassino]

[He laughs good-naturedly, and he kisses her fist instead, then.]

[She can read that he's going to do it and she lets him, as odd a thing to do as it is. She's a little pink when his lips brush her hand and maybe she's shifting her weight from foot to foot but excuse her, no one has ever kissed her hand before.]

[She knew she'd seen something a little different in his mannerisms. The way he speaks is a pretty good indication too of course.]

What time... is that?

[Finally, a bit of a smile shows on her face. The castle is magic and apparently brings people back from the dead, so why wouldn't it bring people from the past, too? Makes enough sense for her to just move on, at least.]

Of course. Did Steph tell you... how I understand people?

[A curious look.]

No. How do you understand people, then?

Through body language. When you move, see what... your intentions are. What you'll do. In fight, see what... to block, when to attack.

So, could understand you... without words. In not English, too.

[Curious look.]

Really? You must be a truly talented fighter, then, if you can tell what a man will do before he moves...

[She shrugs one shoulder. She could gloat, but she knows what she looks like. She's short, thin, a girl. No one believes what she's capable until they're looking up at her from their back.]

[assassino]

Merely "okay?" I know what Stephanie is capable of.

[Cass sighs, but then nods. She doesn't put any distance between them, doesn't settle into a defensive stance, but she does roll her shoulders and stretch her neck before looking up at him again.]

Attack. However you want.

[assassino]

[He raises an eyebrow. She doesn't even know what he can do, and she's willing to risk that? He flexes his fingers –– he's always stretching his fingers, always used to the tension in his wrists that control the hidden blades strapped there, hidden under his clothes... but naturally, he doesn't use them here. Not now. Instead, he swings a open-handed slap towards her face, though it's obviously reluctant.

Ezio doesn't hit women, and he doesn't intend to land this hit in the first place.]

[That's just insulting. He's not even trying, the most interesting part of this is now she knows sometimes he has knives and his hands are probably his best weapon. His hand is barely lifted and she knows everything he's going to do, so she just waits.

Then she ducks under the swing, moves behind him so she's up close with her hand resting lightly against the back of his neck and her foot tapping the inside of one of his softly. It's just enough of a touch so he'll know what she could do, but she doesn't do anything. Not when he's not doing anything first.]

Should at least try, if you... want demonstrations.
