Can't help but feel like my time here's just been wiped. It hasn't been as long as some, but six months is the longest I've been in one place since my parents died.

I'm back to making the lab equipment. Paris was a nice break, but it's nice to be back. Think I'm going to be spending some time in the library. Those haven't been wiped, right? [Hopefully.]

Nothing special.

We should hang out again some time.

Hey, you like puzzles, right? There's a maze here in the castle. We should go explore it sometime!

That sounds like fun. Have you done it before?

Not yet. I learned from the Labyrinth not to go into those things alone.

No. It's never good to do anything alone. If you don't have to.

But at least this maze probably won't be nearly as screwy as the Labyrinth.

What was the Labyrinth?

You know, like in the Greek myth.

Like the actual one?

Well, sorta. Same place, only a lot bigger.

And you got through it?

Eventually.

Then this shouldn't be too bad.

N'ah. It'll be a cakewalk.

Great. When are you free?

I'm always free.

Well when do you want to go?

Whenever. You never know when we might get tossed into some alternate world again, right?

[She laughs.] Or locks us all out.

If you're not doing anything later we can go.
