From what I've seen and observed on the network and in person, I think the majority of people who need medical aid or are trapped have thankfully been attended to. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the state of the city. Reminds me of what happened to the city I'm from, back home. It got hit by a huge Earthquake and it took years for it to recover.

Unlike back home, there are a lot of different people here, with a lot of different skills. Once people have had time to rest up and recover, would anyone be interested in putting together a habitat recovery team? Many of the citizens in the city are in need of supplies, too.

[Filter to Hermione.]

Hey, how are you holding up? I haven't had a chance to check out the store yet, have you? I'm going to head out there in a couple of hours.

[Filter to Kara, Cass, and Steph.]

Looks like another expedition is being planned. At this point, with my injuries, I'd only hold everyone back. Steph and Cass, the two of you should go on the expedition and collect as much information as you can.

Kara, will you stay here with me and help me with aiding the citizens and cleaning up the city?

Yeah, nothing too serious. I hit my head pretty hard, so I'm trying to not push myself. [Also has a bruised lung, but he doesn't want to get into that.]

I can meet you at the kitchen, since I need to wish for supplies from the castle, too.

Deal, I'll see you there.

[ Lucrezia won't dally for once, since she was already at the castle, now in the kitchen and trying to fit as much bread, fruits and cured meats into a large woven box. All wished from the castle, but food is still food and the townspeople have no such advantage.

She is perfectly well despite the quake with not even a scratch on her, though her fatigue may still show, perhaps that is only of the mind. ]

[Tim is taking his time moving towards kitchen. He's still suspicious of the castle and the magic in this place, so he didn't heal up as much as he could. However, he did heal up enough to make alleviate the problems he was having with breathing.

When he arrives inside of it and spots her, he waves to her.]

Hey. Need a hand with anything?

[ She is almost finished with packing the supplies by then, waving back at him with a smile and walking closer so she can offer her arm for support. ]

Nothing other than how to make these treats.

[Pauses for the briefest second before taking her up on the offer for support.]

Can do. You'll be a master in no time.

[ Good, she will lead him closer to the counter then, where she already wished for the ingredients he mentioned. ]

Mistress of Rice Krispy treats? There are worse titles.

[Chuckles. Why can't you always be like this, Lulu? He prefers her like this, than making death threats at him, or being sneaky.]

I bet Cass would get a kick out of it if you called yourself that.

[ But she is all of that, and being sneaky in other times doesn't make her less sincere. ]

Perhaps I will.

I want to make her an extra big one. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I'd be here now.

[There's a touch of guilt in his voice.] She sustained some serious injuries. Luckily, she's tough as nails and there isn't any shortage of medical supplies here.

[ She starts opening the packages to show him, waiting for him to start, but then she stops at the mention of injuries... ]

How serious?

[Is more comfortable sharing what happened now that the two of them are talking face to face, rather than over the journals.]

Half of my apartment collapsed. Part of it was about to fall on me, but she tackled me out of the way, and it ended up pinning her legs to the ground.

[ She puts down the stick of butter in her hand so she can give him her full attention. ]

The walls fell on her? Will she walk again?

[The sad thing is, Cass has been through so much worse than a wall falling on her. He really needs to give her another hug, the next time he sees her.]

She will, she was able to walk back with me to the castle. [Shakes his head.] She was more worried about me, than she was over herself.

That seems like her.

[ But, Rice Krispy treats. It seems more important now that she makes it good. She gestures to the ingredients. ]

Which goes first?

The butter. You want to melt it so it spreads all over the pan. Then drop the marshmallows in.

[ She takes the butter toward the stove and wishes for a pan, because why should she dig around the cabinets for the right one? She knows to put that on the stove but not how to turn on the fire, so she just turns to Tim sheepishly. ]

[Shakes his head, looking up at the ceiling when she wishes for a pan. Luckily, he's already looking at her when she turns to him.]

You'll want to use these knobs here. [Places his hand on one.]

You press in and then twist it like this to turn it on. [Does so.] Then you can decide how intense you'd like it to be. We want to have it on medium for this.

[ Well, Lucrezia is just going to stand back with the pan and butter in hand for him to turn it on then, since she doesn't expect ever having to do this again on her own. ]

Do you often cook?

I've been done more of it here than I've ever done in my life. Steph and I cook together on a weekly basis, too.

[Turns it onto the medium setting, before standing back.]

What do you cook? All the American foods I have had required no preparation and came out of plastic.
