Though it is not the way of things, mayhap that is why it will be entirely appropriate in this new realm. This is a prodigious day for myself; indeed for all of England. Whether or not you are loyal to the English crown and country, should you be loyal enough to me as a servant, an ally, or even a friend, I would welcome you to a simple supper I will be having to honor the day His Majesty the King bestowed upon me my crown. Should you choose to come, we will partake before dusk in the castle's own dining hall, where I am most apologetic to inform that no animals will be permitted within for the time being.

[ As has Frodo, all in bright green waistcoat and his best trousers. The few times he has been in the audience of one as grand as a queen were unfortunate events when he was glad to even have all his limbs attached, so he takes this chance to show that he can pay proper respects if necessary.

Not that it stops him from eating his fill, politely enough. ]

[Bilbo heard the familiar sound of Frodo's voice, as he walked over to where the hobbit was tucking in.]

That looks tasty. Are we allowed to just tuck in like this? [He was a hobbit of manners and asking first was always a must.]

[ It's quite easy to miss people that are so short (and she still thinks of them as dwarves in her mind no matter how they name themselves), but she is expecting Frodo after all, so she knows where to look. She is pleasantly surprised to see another hobbit (dwarf) accompanying him while her head was turned, and with a little smoothing of her skirts, Anne carefully steps over to greet him, holding out her right hand. ]

Hello, sir. I bid you welcome to this humble affair. Would you be the Bilbo Baggins recently arrived, then? Frodo, you must introduce us properly.

[ OH. Maybe he should have made a show of introducing his cousin in the proper way people are shown to great lords and ladies. It all feels unfamiliar when most hobbits he knew would surely recognize Bilbo Baggins.

Frodo has enough manners to lay off the food and pad over to stand beside Bilbo so he can give Anne a low bow. ]

My lady. This is my cousin from my father's side, Bilbo Baggins. He taught me all the ways of the world and more. I think of him as a father too.

Bilbo stopped gazing at the food, as he turned his attention to Anne. He gave a low bow and looked at Frodo, doing the same. It seemed hobbits had manners in the right places during any occasion.]

It is an honour, my lady. [He shot a look to Frodo when he mentioned him being like a father. But they were near the same age! Bilbo felt a blush come to his cheeks. Oh dear.]

[ Aw, the little blush is so cute. She nods to the both of them, then looks to the food. ]

A friend of Frodo is a friend of myself on behalf of His Majesty, God bless him. Please, do not allow my presence to keep you from enjoying what was made for you in any case! I would highly recommend the tarts.

[ Oops. Did she hear him exclaiming about the tarts? Frodo casts his gaze down and exchanges a look with Bilbo. At least he wasn't about to steal all the tarts okay so maybe he did ]

Mayhap you can gift my hospitality with a story from your homeland, sir. I have heard fascinating things from both Frodo and the Lady Galadriel.
