[ ooc; If you aren't sure if your character would qualify, just PM me and I will say. Plus ones are welcomeheck even party crashers are welcome. HERE is the thread for the supper (pile onto character threads/threadjack ahoy)! Elizabeth will be missing, which Anne will investigate afterward. :( ]
Though it is not the way of things, mayhap that is why it will be entirely appropriate in this new realm. This is a prodigious day for myself; indeed for all of England. Whether or not you are loyal to the English crown and country, should you be loyal enough to me as a servant, an ally, or even a friend, I would welcome you to a simple supper I will be having to honor the day His Majesty the King bestowed upon me my crown. Should you choose to come, we will partake before dusk in the castle's own dining hall, where I am most apologetic to inform that no animals will be permitted within for the time being.
~ Anne Boleyn
[ She can't even say 'the day I was made Queen of England', or sign as Anne the Queen, alas her loss foiling everything for her. Regardless, anyone who she thinks is worth inviting will have an invitation delivered to them. ]

SUPPER
Laid out along the large table is roast rabbit with bread sauce, lamb stew with onions and leeks, baked salmon with a sugar glaze, and for dessert there's spiced custard and strawberry tarts. There is also, of course, an endless supply of spiced wine, white bread and cheeses, with dates to accompany for snacking. For any seeking vegetables, they'll probably have to find them scattered among the meat dishes.
Though she is celebrating her English coronation, she knows it has nothing to do with Paradisa and that none here would think so, so she makes no speech for herself or even her king this time, only thanking everyone and of course God for such pleasant company. But she has been more subdued than usual since everyone's visit to space, at least in certain cases. ]
[ ooc; This is a catch-all thread for arriving or stuffing your face or arguing with someone about what clouds are made of. I encourage threadjacking, since this is a group event! ]

She's also dressed up. Okay, she's wearing her good skirt and jacket, but still. There's the effort being made.
Here, have a hot babe approaching.]

Considering how their last 'talk' went, Anne assumes his silence is because he fears she's still mad at him, but him showing up in this condition is enough to please her. ]

Although, he did miss being with Thorin and company. Their manners was atrocious, but the company was welcome. He made his way to the supper party in good time, as he stepped into the room. He felt smaller than usual, as it seemed to grand and large.]

[ It takes her a moment to remember what Frodo called himself. Hobbits are all dwarves to her. She never got to see Tyrion Lannister's feet; for all she knows, they might be hairy too. ]

Content with his quick assessment he steps into the room, in no rush as he crosses directly to Ann to give her the proper greeting the event deserves. He gives her a bow]
Your Majesty.
[For the remainder of the evening he'll be sitting at the table, content to enjoy his food and watch the rest of the guests. This is his first gathering since his untimely demise. He may seem cool and collected but he's still vaguely unsure about large groups, hesitant to take the chance that whatever had effected him on the Event Horizon may return. He keeps his face pleasantly neutral as he nods greetings to anyone nearby and sips his drink.]

she seats herself at Bond's left, and looks over the table with great interest]
This all looks amazing...
[and by amazing she means that no one has prepared food this way for decades where she's from, if not centuries, and it's fascinating. she'll be helping herself to the stew first, since that seems an appropriate start]

Frodo can hardly think of anything even suitable for a queen, ale and pipe-weed seem too common, but he figures she might enjoy simpler pleasures too (or have the courtesy not to refuse it): a large leather-bound book in yellow and a silver clasp to keep it closed. Empty since the words should be hers. He hovers by the sides until he sees that she is unoccupied for long enough to entertain a hobbit before scurrying closer. ]

Nymeria does a good job of intimidating most people away just by existing. Arya likes it that way. She would not have come at all, but for the necessity to play nice and, of course, the guarantee of food.
Most of her meat disappears courtesy of Nymeria. The wolf lies down at her feet and Arya drops pieces on the floor by her that Nymeria gulps down in an instant.
Arya kicks her feet while she sips at her wine. ]

she doesn't take the time to do anything different with her hair, though, and is visibly out of practice with the accompanying heels. which makes her relieved when she hits her seat and kicks them off under the table, but not so great before that when she makes a point of seeking out anne to greet her with a six-pack of beer (some unidentifiable brand that she assumes is brewed in paradisa).
let it never be said emma swan doesn't keep her promises.
henry's come along with her, as well, because emma couldn't deny him the opportunity, when he so loved exploring and experiencing new things, to meet anne boleyn. hell, maybe the kid would learn something about history, since school didn't seem to get much play time here. ]

When he sees all the food, he's glad he came. This is the sort of feast men like him only see rarely, and even Hook, who's lived several lifetimes, has rarely come across this much fine food at once.
Which means, of course, that he'll immediately start to taste things. May as well sample everything while he's here.]
