[ it's a few hours after james' announcement that ashley finally makes her own. her voice is carefully controlled, not exactly cold, but lacking much of the warmth and teasing she normally has. ]

If anyone needs me, I'm going to be outside trying to see if I can pull up a few trees.

[ she's not even kidding about that. ]

[ later, she adds a filter against kids, people she knows can't take her in a fight, and people she thinks might try to stop her. ]

Okay so... I need someone who's not afraid of a good fight. Preferably someone who can take a few super-human hits and bounce back. Kinda need to get some of this energy out. So... anyone up for something?

either way, she's waiting by the doors. into the trees or not, she just needs to beat something up or get beaten up and figured the forest would be an ideal place to avoid being seen. when she spots mal, she raises a hand in greeting. she isn't smiling. ]

[She did, there was a distance there, between her and Helen. Largely over the fact she knew Helen would always be the one Nikola Loved First. Obsessed over, even. She cared for Helen a great deal but that would always be a Thing. But this is about making Ashley's ability to deal with this just a touch easier. She echoes the movement, not smiling either]
