Team Tembo: Day one
[By now you should have already woken up to your surroundings. Your camp is in the jungle, surrounded by tents, vehicles and cages full of dinosaurs. Wander around, check out the armoury, wonder why there are a bunch of dinosaurs in cages, or get yourself a tent]

Barney's Tent, Ladies Encouraged
on the other hand, there's an opportunity here. he rips a page out of his journal, and soon enough there's a makeshift sign taped to the tent flap]
[anyone who pokes their head in will find him chilling on his bedroll, shirtless, and attempting to look all Pensive And Intelligent]

[She tries to keep it light, but her laughter has a nervous edge to it and she can't help glancing away for a moment. She was acutely aware that yeah, under normal circumstances she most definitely would be starting something. She guessed she still had a few demons to put to rest ... strictly metaphorically speaking, of course.]

I don't have rules about carry-on size. [he pulls a flask out of his gear and tosses it over. he finds girls deal with their crap easier if they're drunk - it won't be the first time he's listened to sob stories for the sake of a play]

[She grabs the flask and looks at it, for a long moment considering handing it back, but she realizes she's got plenty of justification for getting smashed. She opens it and takes a drink, more out of habit then desire, and hands it back to Barney.]
[And, lucky enough for him, she's not the sob story type. It was just her blanket warning she might change her mind suddenly and without explanation.] So. What do you think of the catch out there?

I am actually okay with not being surrounded by things that can eat us. Things that can trample us are bad enough.
no subject
Trample us? Psh, please. Did you see those bars? We're fine.

"Yeah, as if this place would let us get off that easy. They still make me nervous." She takes a healthy drink and hands it back. This is the first step in getting back to normal, she supposes; the good old feeling of being stupid drunk.

[they're getting a rhythm going, now. swig, pass]
