COMBINED CAMP: DAY THREE

[The morning ends the heavy storm, bright sunshine beaming down on the makeshift camp. Some of you may be injured from last nights incidents, but at least this is some downtime for you to recuperate. Tembo and Harding are arguing heatedly some distance from the camp, but otherwise the jungle is silent.

The camp is being visited, however. A pack of compsognathus have made their way into camp. They're little guys only ten inches high, easily the smallest residents on the island. They're currently scurrying around the camp, looking for any food to scavenge, seemingly not concerned with the people milling around]

He started it. With a tyrannosaurus, no it wouldn't unfortunately.

[The Doctor eyes what's left of his rations. And Compys 1, Doctor, nil. Tearing the jerky in half he tosses it towards them and several of the dinosaurs pile upon it.]

Not doing so good I see, Danny?

I was in Trailer 2. You know, the one that got nearly pushed over the cliff?

Then you were very lucky. You weren't alone in there, were you?

No, that doctor woman, a girl a little older than me, and a kid were there. And we all survived, somehow.

Clearly, I know the damage a tyrannosaurus can achieve and you all must have been quite scared. Which doctor person was that?

Dr. Harding. She's the one in charge of this research thing.

[He shrugs.]

It wasn't that scary.

[Out goes his hand and he snaps his fingers.] That's the doctor person, very correct!

[He's just going to be looking at Danny from that last, with both eyebrows raised up on his forehead.]
