[YOU CHOSE THE RIVER ROUTE Too bad, Mama decides to give this group chase. There's a cave up ahead, a small waterfall partially concealing the entrance, but it should provide safe cover, if you can make it]

[Oh. So that's a T-Rex. The more you know.]

[Zelos is definitely running for it. He's seen monsters bigger than t-rexes, dragons that would make things look like babies. However? That was when he had powers, and wasn't surrounded by innocent people. And so he chooses wisely not to confront the beast. Though he'll probably be closer to the back, keeping an eye out for stranglers]

[Yes, this is a T-Rex. This is an important lesson for you, Zelos. She's closing in on the back ranks now, picking up speed trying to find someone to pick off, someone slow]

[Knowledge is power! And unfortunately, slow might be Zelos. He sees that thing is getting dangerously close to him and he tries to pick up his own speed, but without his crystal? It still feels a bit like his legs are lead. Weird sleep schedule sure makes him feel sluggish too. ]

[And you know, sure doesn't help that he's brightly colored either I'm sure]

C'mon! Gimme a break!

[Mama's head snapps down, jaws open, trying to scoop him up off the ground. She just wants to carry you, Zelos.

In her teeth]

[NO MAMA HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE CARRIED. He yelps with a "whoa!" and dives narrowly out of the way- just missing the teeth. But now it's a matter of scrambling up and starting to run again]

[Missing him at least makes her break her stride a little. It takes her a while to pick her speed back up]

[And he is so taking advantage of the fact he has faster reflexes than a giant lizard and taking that time to run as fast as he can into the cave that people are going into welp]
