THE LONG GRASS
[YOU CHOSE TO RUN INTO THE LONG GRASS. The Rex doesn't follow you guys, but you are in for worse trouble. The grass is very tall, coming up to the average human height's waist. All too suddenly, strange, screeching calls can be heard, the grass parting as very fast things start to give chase. The raptors have finally made an appearance. Time to run]

Realizing they're trying to herd him he stops dead, skidding to a stop and crouching in the grass. He's not going to play by your rules. Come and find him you bastards.]

[Shit shit shit. Of course they'd be on this island]
Velociraptors! Watch out!

Just keep moving, Lara.
[She heard rusting around her. That always doesn't bode well. She grabbed her assault rifle and readied herself. Looks like she's going to have to fight]

What should he do? He didn't know. Right no he was more lost than he had ever been before. And he was beginning to be afraid. To fear.
An Old One did not fear, for there was nothing that could truly harm them. But what was he right now if not human?]

So far she hasn't seen any parting grass near her. No screeches. No-]
Crap!
[A blade of tall grass brushes the back of her arm, and in surprise she jumps, losing her grip on the gun, and hisses out a couple of curses.
So much for stealth.]

Re: THE CHASE
[She knew something was wrong the moment she entered the grass, running, and no birds came flying out. Birds always liked the long grass, as did the smaller animals. But if nothing was leaving -- that meant something bigger was still there.]
[So she stopped, and crouched low, closing her eyes and listened to the grass. Then she started to move, quiet as one of the hunters themselves, stalking past them as they stalked her.]

Find Arya. Find Henry.
The long grass had been his intended destination to begin with, so the long grass he ran looking behind briefly for those who wished to accompany him. Two men and the Targaryen. Did they follow? Did the giant lizard get them? Something in him twists uncomfortably and he thinks of going back.
At least until the screeching calls cause him to stop and draw his sword. ]

Re: THE CHASE
He's smart enough to try and not make too much noise, but he's pretty sure his luck is due to run out. His bow is out, an arrow notched, just in case. Who wants to stick close by?]
NOW THAT POWERS ARE BACK
Anyone who happens to believe in the Sandman (or is just a kid) will see a golden streak FLY out of the communications building and do a big loop-de-loop in the sky. That being done he flies closer to the ground, looking over all of those nasty raptors. He cracks his knuckles as a golden sand cloud swirls and forms beneath his feet. With a sweep of his hand it changes, growing four long legs and a loooooong sweeping neck. It's not long before there is a gigantic golden bracheosaorus standing outside the building. It sets to work sweeping its long neck and smashing those raptors out of the way.
Sandy, himself, sits astride the dinosaur with a very pleased look on his face. After a moment he'll do a backwards leap off of it and land on the ground. Two long golden sand whips form in his hands. Alright, dinos. Who wants a taste of the Sandman?]

Which is a little strange when one realizes he's lacking his pistol out but he's not out to kill. Which is probably obvious when he's trying to sneak up on a patch of grass that's rustling right now, crouched down in the grass with his hat over his eyes.]

Re: THE CHASE
Then, he heard the pattering of clawed feet coming his way. His hobbit senses picked up on the speed at which the creature was coming towards him. He swallowed hard, as he began to run away from the sound, which made his blood freeze.]

THE RADIO EQUIPMENT
there was a pretty hefty bit of equipment on the roof, and it looked like a transmitter, to him. if it ran on radio, he was pretty sure he could get it running. looking around for anyone in his immediate vicinity, he waved them over, silently.
