The outpost in the dead zone is still intact, just saying, and I will remind everyone in general that the doors do lock. We could just stick Legato out there for a while and make sure he didn't get back into the castle zone. No powers, no forcing townspeople to kill each other and themselves. Of course the risk to him would be vengeance-seekers and he might attempt suicide, but it's a possibility.

[And of course, if Legato attempts suicide, it might be doing them all a favor.]

All right. If I can't talk people into backing me up or going along with this line of planning... and they can't figure out something better than just turning him loose with a minder... then I'm going to take matters into my own hands.

A regular room can serve as a place to hold him in a bench. If we took him out drugged, we'd be safe until past the border. I could probably find one or two people to back me up initially, at least. Legato could have a room... for sleeping him, he could still be drugged, and chained with a leg cuff just in case or something.

I believe Zelman at least when he says Legato is fomenting in there. Do you know anyone else you think would be a help?
