Far newer construction, for one. I can tell where some of the old boundaries used to be, but I'd guess it's been decades since this place matched what I knew.
Or, well, if it was the real Tokyo, anyway.

It's my understanding that this plane, this world appears to create locations based on the memories of residents. It may be that this truly is this world's Tokyo-analog, but given the nature of other things about the castle, I'm not inclined to be overly trusting.
