Open Post: Great Hall

[When the students enter the Great Hall today, they will see it decked out in black and yellow banners, with the Hufflepuff badger in prominent display. There are also a few model badgers that are moving around

The house-elves went all out in the food, serving Hufflepuff lots of cakes and cookies and other delicious treats.

Although you are divided by your houses, it's such a great party that you can visit your friends and butt into other house conversations!]

[Jennifer is quiet for a moment, thinking about that. Home was Atlantis, she knew, or Chippewa Falls... but Paradisa was also home, too.]

...Yeah, I'm starting to settle, I've been here for so long. Maybe I should learn how to be a decent cook so I'm prepared for home.

[She smiles and offers the whole box.]

Pick your pleasure. I can't understand why they'd deliberately make coal or salt-flavored jelly beans, but I guess "Every Flavor" is meant literally.

Pretty much. But I think it makes the sweet ones all that much sweeter.

[She takes the box with a smile and humms happily]

[Jennifer picks out a blue one.]

This one's got to be safe, right? I can't think of anything blue that could be nasty-tasting... ...well, maybe I just jinxed myself.

[She eats it anyway, nodding.]
