Even Cloud has to admit that if he is dead, it had to be the most anti-climatic death ever. He was only on a delivery, riding Fenrir to the outskirts of the city. He's not even sure how he could die from doing that.

No, something else is going on and he needs answer. That was the thought that finally drew him to opening the journal and beginning to dictate.]

So this is a castle. [Time to get the obvious out of the way.] I...didn't want to come here. Who brought me here? And why?

[He finds a chair and sits down, reclining with the journal in his lap. Only then does he continue.]

Ah, during a loss you were on, here at the Castle. You got turned into a little storm cloud and I had to help push you along into town since you couldn't move very well on your own.

Well, being here, we are provided for, and often we must wish for things such as food, clothing, and other items. It is like a tab, and eventually it is called due. In that case, the castle puts us through a 'loss', which can be any number of things. In your case, that time, it was to be turned into a tiny storm cloud for about a week.

You might not have to be for it to play its tricks. No one actually knows how the system really works, but we are sure wishes do act like a tab of sorts.

Yes. I think the majority of us do. But I have found things here that make me happy to stay too. It's a double-edged blade that way.

Well, I sort of just... pushed, I think, from the back. I had a fan, so I could provide air flow for you.
