[Tim has been doing his best to gather as much information as possible on what's been going on. He has silently observed other entries that have been made (since "Alvin" would freak out and not say much in the way of helpfulness), taking notes, and trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Unfortunately in Paradisa, the castle always seems to hold a few key pieces of information hostage, and can completely alter reality at a whim. While such circumstances are not enough to deter him from investigating by any stretch of the imagination, they are enough to make him want to focus on something they can potentially control to some degree; safety.

Okay, we need to do something about this situation and we need to do something about it fast! I have a sinking feeling that something else is going to happen sooner than later. We need to try and pool our resources to work together and keep one and other safe. Everyone should have someone they can touch base with regularly. Also, we need to create some kind of emergency system so we can quickly respond to someone who is in trouble. Maybe we can pick a couple of locations for all of us to stay in and rotate people in-and-out to stand guard.

A group of us are holed up in the library trying to figure this out. We might be patrolling as well. You're welcome to join us, if you want.

I'll head over there right now. How many people do you have?

Great. We've used the shelves to block ourselves in with just one entrance just to be safe.

We have about ten people so far. Most of us are researching - we think it might be connected to some kind of fairy tale or children's story based on that creepy rhyme, but there's a lot of lore to sift through. I'm not even sure if we'll find anything, but it's better than sitting around and doing nothing.

As for patrols, we have four including myself that are probably going to try to scope things out.

Oh, and one of the guys has a helmet with a recording device, so we've got that set up so we're going to see if that can capture footage of the attackers so we might have a better idea of what we're up against.

[Tim takes one of the alternative routes to the library that he discovered awhile back. By no means does it protect him from the public's eye, but it does make it easier for him to run at a pace that someone like Alvin normally wouldn't be able to keep up, and he can skulk in and out of the shadows while draw minimal attention to himself.

When he arrives at the library, he pulls his journal out. He doesn't want to startle anyone and accidentally set something off.]

I'm here and about to enter.

There's already three "safe area's" set up, one in the library, one in the karaoke bar in town, and one by the dead zone. I've been helping to defend each area and escort people from one place to another.

Don't need to sleep so I can do long shifts on guard duty.

Have you noticed anything unusual so far?

[As much as she'd like to pretend otherwise, Cass does have to come home sometimes. She still needs to eat and sleep, a murder doesn't make her any less human.

It's just hard, failing after trying so hard to be sure everyone was safe. That on top of being unable to speak is grating on her nerves, but being home and seeing that Stephanie and Tim are okay helps.

She finds him just after he finishes with his journal, comes over and just puts her hand on his shoulder. This can't be easy for him either.]

[Tim's body tenses up and he turns around, about ready to attack until he spots who it is. With everything being so intense, his guard is raised even when they are at home. Offers her an apologetic look while he reaches for her hand and squeezes it. Cass looks about as stressed as he is, maybe more.]

[That's good, though. He should stay on his guard, people are being attacked in their own homes so relaxing even here could be dangerous. That's an unpleasant thought though, makes Cass frown while she shakes her head so Tim will know he isn't being blamed. Instead she gives him a thumbs up. Good job Timmy.]
