[Action] ~ There's a Totodile in the Clinic.

[Here's something for you, Paradisa.

There's a small, blue croco-thingy curled up on the desk of Dr. Carson Beckett. And it's fast asleep.

It's also curled around Dr. Beckett's journal rather protectively and has a pen clasped in one paw.

What do?]

((OOC: Totodile loss! Completely open, have at him!))

[Martel is coming into the clinic for the afternoon and...blue mini-monster? She looks at it warily, where it's sleeping perched on Dr. Beckett's desk. She tiptoes over to it, and then pokes it with the tip of her staff. She doubts it's anything dangerous, but really?]

[She stares at it then shakes it off, whatever it is-his jaws may be powerful but Martel has angelic strength. It's pretty cute, though. She doesn't think it meant any harm.]

...What are you?

A Totodile? What's a Totodile? [She then peeks at the journal.] This is Dr. Beckett's journal...

[Don't worry, she just needed a little push in the right direction. Once he points to the name, she gets it.] Dr. Beckett?! This must be a loss... It turned you into...whatever a Totodile is?

Huh. Such a strange loss. [She sits down in his chair so she's more eye level.] So how long has it been? [Get creative, Carson. She's intent now. She'll get it.]

Five days? Usually they last about a week. So about two more days until you're back to your normal self.

Don't worry, Dr. Beckett, it'll be over before you know it. [She pats him on the head.]
