[Carson was in the clinic when the power went out, and when he heard the evacuation orders, and as soon as he does, he's standing up immediately, walking out and up the stairs. As he walks, he has his journal out.]

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm the floor captain for floor six, Dr. Carson Beckett. Could everyone please come out of their rooms and meet in the hallway? Can you also bring candles, torches, anything that can give off some light.

Those residents not in their rooms, can I ask if you can go to the Ballroom immediately. And, everyone? Stay calm. Please.

[And to the castle in general.]

Anyone requiring medical attention should know that the clinic is still open. Anyone who can't find their way to the clinic should report their last known location to myself or a member of the clinic staff. Someone will be with you as soon as we can.

[This done, Carson finally realises the creepy noises going on, the creaks and groans. He's trying to ignore them, but he's obviously spooked]

[At that scream, Carson's running to find out who it is. He notices that it's someone he knows by name, and walks over.]

Tear? Are you okay?

[She straightens immediately, still looking freaked out but very adamant. And a bit ridiculous.]

I-I'm fine! There's nothing wrong at all!

Are you sure? Nothing wrong?

[He's genuinely being concerned]

A-Are you looking for someone?

[Most people would be, considering how she usually conducts herself.]

... Y-- yes, I wanted to check up on someone who lives in Satis Tower.

If you want, I can come with you once I get everyone to the ballroom.

[melodist]

[She doesn't want to be alone right now, but she doesn't want to be a burden either. It's best that she gets to Luke and makes sure he's okay before doing anything else.

She's a soldier. She can handle it.]

You sure? It's no trouble.

[melodist]

I'm sure. [She needs to do this for herself, stubborn lady that she is.]

[He nods]

Stay in contact over the journal, if you want someone to talk to.

[melodist]

[She nods, turns away, and starts down the hall. She illuminates her way with a bit of magic at the end of her staff, but as she rounds a corner, the light fades and disappears.

Poor Carson. Left alone to all the weirdness.]
