(Action)
(As shameless as Tylendel can be with Vanyel, he really is a rather reserved person when it comes to romance. Perhaps that has something to do with him being burned by his first "lover" or maybe he is still nursing the void his twin, Staven, had left behind. Either way, Van is the only one, since his first dreadful tryst, that he has kissed.
Thus you can pretty much guarantee that he is avoiding mistletoe like the plague. However not all of it can be avoided, right?
He will be caught.
The boy with the golden hair, easy smile, tanned skin and warm eyes is destined to be trapped by someone.
Care to give it a try?
He can be found in the stable, in the library or looking for food in the kitchens.)

action! (they had to meet in person sometime, right?) XD
Tylendel isn't the man he expects to encounter, though he still flashes the boy his typical charming smile as he crosses to the stalls to select a horse for his ride]
Good afternoon.
action! (wonderful timing yes yes!)
Good afternoon! Here to ride or just see the horses?

I thought a ride, actually, before the snow sets in. Yourself?

(After giving the Companion a treat, he chooses a mare that he has become fond of, saddling her with care.)
Would you mind some company?

[Felix pauses in the middle of selecting his own tack]
You're acquainted with Yfandes? Ah, you must be Tylendel, then.

[He drops his saddle into place on the back of his mount and steps up to Tylendel to offer his hand, not noticing the mistletoe decorating the lintel of the stable doorway.]
I am Felix Harrowgate.

How long have you been here, Aaron?

He pushed it down though, looking down to check the small bag he had containing a light lunch packed for two. He smiled to himself, coming around a corner, and the smile grew when he spotted the familiar blonde hair. ]
Tylendel!
[ action; ]
You didn't warn me, Ashke! This is a nightmare...
(It feels like Mind Magic to him too and he shudders in disgust.)
Are you alright?
Re: [ action; ]
[ He laughed, holding him back with his free arm and managing to work a few kisses of his own in to the young man, his lover. ]
I am sorry, my heart, I forgot this tends to happen around now.
[ He shared the others feelings on the matter, but there was little to be done for it except work through it. ]
Yes, yes, I am quite fine. I was actually coming to find you, my heart.
[ action; ]
Please spend the rest of the day with me? (He flushes and smiles softly at the preparations Vanyel had made.) I love you, Ashke. So much.
Re: [ action; ]
The whole day? Well, it is quite a task you ask, but I suppose I can manage.
[ He was teasing him, of course, and he pressed a kiss to his lips, shifting them so that he held Tylendel's hand with one and the basket with the other. ]
I thought we might picnic - albeit inside. Does that sound like a good way to spend the day?
[ action; ]
(Despite his words, he tugs Van into a warm kiss.)
I can't complain about a day like that.

[ action ] Library likely
But he still has to eat sometime, so he's moving among the shelves, book under arm, when he stops because that definitely sounds like a person close. ]
[ action ] Up for awkward?
Sorry about that.
[ action ] Always-
Not good in this month. His grip on his book gets a little uneasy. ]
No problem.
[ Also are you very close to him, Tylendel? It sounds like you are, but Duke isn't terribly interested in taking a step back and making sure. ]
[ action ]
Oh Havens.
There is a sprig of Mistletoe hanging off the shelf above them.)
We...need to move. (His voice shakes a little. He is trying to move, but nothing is happening.)
[ action ]
[ For a moment, Duke focuses on the sounds of shelves - is something falling over? Its happened to him once, so it came to mind first.
On the other hand, his attempt to put a food behind him and start doing so - he had come around a shelf recently, if one was falling, then he could take a step back and be out of the way - proves... much harder than it ought. He is fairly certain he would have noticed if he had stepped in glue.
That is... ]
... I don't like this season.
[ There is a flicker of magic - Duke is just 'throwing weight around' to see if he can manage to get free that way but... why would that work. Of course not. ]
[ action ]
I'm sorry, Duke. (He leans in and presses their lips together, trying his best to fight the magic urging his mind to deepen the kiss or prolong it. Keep it simple. Don't embarrass them both further.)
