The last time the castle changed it was only for a week, but we're coming up on two now and things are still the same. Which, you know, I guess that makes sense, with all the improvements instead of transporting us back in time to a place where the water made you sick, but whatever.

Point is, I kind of thought things would change back. I guess when you get a magical demon baby as a boss fight all bets are off, you can't really back down after that.

[And to think there was a time in her life when walkers were the thing that was the most out of place, they were the thing you needed to take the time to wrap your brain around. Now? It's shooting babies. Speaking of which-]

I'd just like to put it out there that I don't usually go around shooting children in the face, by the way. Just... so that's clear.

That's different. This is different. Even the most shithole neighbourhoods of the Quarantine Zone had plumbing. You might only be able to flush once a day, but there was plumbing.

At least here in the castle we don't really have to deal with the smell.

It's really not so bad. Just pretend you're camping if you don't wanna live outside the castle.

[Brock willingly spends a lot of time in the cabin, though... which never had running water to begin with... so maybe he is biased.]

I'm fine with sticking to the castle, really. It's just kind of... I don't know, spooky? When a castle decides it needs a permanent face lift.

I'm not so sure it's permanent... it's been awhile, but, uh. I dunno. It's hard to trust this joint to stick to something for too long.

Has the castle ever changed into something different for longer than two weeks?

While everyone else was busy with their nightmares, a group of us got past the people guarding the room. The rest was... really creepy history, I guess.

Unfortunately, I arrived on the last night and missed nearly all of the incident. What room are you talking about? Who was guarding it?
