[ Anna stands still, blinking in a rather lost way at... everything. She had given the Silver pair a marble, went back into the bar....

But this? ]

... This is not Izumo's kitchen. [ Even if she had walked through the bar without remembering it - it was her home, after all, sometimes you just didn't remember crossing a room other than you had to have to get where you were - this kitchen was all wrong.

... Although to be fair she hadn't been in the bar for some time. .. Izumo hadn't either, but Misaki was more likely to rearrange in a messy way than neatly remodel the place.

Thinking of the clansmen caused a small frown. Where were they? She couldn't sense them. She could feel minds but none were familiar.

Anna turns to go and explore after only a moment more of thought. It wasn't like she couldn't protect herself, if this was some leftover ploy of the Green's. ]

[It's been a while since a new person has shown up in the castle, so Pitch is instantly curious. He starts following Anna as she wanders, sticking to the edges of rooms and hiding in shadows and darkened areas whenever possible-- still, it's daytime and the castle does have indoor lighting, so he's not exactly invisible to anyone but his unbelievers.]

She is tiny and adorable, i do not blame you (okay, 4'7" -)

[ She ignores him for a little while. More curious about the walls and the stairs, and that there's an elevator and towers.

This place is rather fancy, but not at all like the Mihashira towers.

Anna finally stops in the lobby, inspecting the chairs and couches. She's walked enough for a little while. And she still has company? ]

... Do you like to follow people?

[Pitch raises an eyebrow. Hmmm, interesting. When she didn't comment on his presence right away, he'd assumed she couldn't see him.]

Do you always let people follow you?

Should I try to stop them?

[ If this place was any busier, she probably wouldn't have called him out on it. However, it seems fairly empty, and he wasn't just "going the same direction".

Anna decides she likes this particular chair, and climbs into it. Once settles, she looks over toward him. Huh, you look a little odd, and she can't quite place it yet. ]

[Pitch stays standing, keeping a distance of ten feet or so.]

Hasn't anyone ever told you that strangers following you can be dangerous? You're going to get killed one day.

[ She thinks that last sentence a little funny now. It would have, had the Slate not chosen her. Now it would if that follower was a King. But still- ]

They usually think about something like that. If they would be dangerous to me.

[ And completely ignoring his comment about getting killed by something this way. She has been the Third for less than a day, and already such casual arrogance- ]

[He frowns. That's... an odd thing to say. And unless she's delusional (which is possible), there's pretty much only one logical interpretation of her words (and that interpretation is, in Paradisa, equally possible).]

Can you read minds?

[ Because peeking over her shoulder would have been much more obvious. ]

[He's thinking of the number sequence 459275. No reason behind it-- he didn't want to think of something related to their conversation, to avoid her just making an educated guess.]

[Anna might hear Wade before she even rounds the corner, as she's singing a song under the breath. But when she sees the girl, she stops, instantly recognizing suspecting her of being new. There was so few of them now, she could recognize most of them, even if she didn't know their name.]

Oh! Hello there.

[ New? Anna blinks at the halt before greeting, but...

Her attention fixes on that hair. She can see it. It's a good color. ]

[ Anna just generally looks really calm. ]

Yes. Unless someone turned the bar into a castle. [ Then she is in the right place, it just looks different. ]

Instead, her expression becomes sympathetic and she crouches down to look the girl in the eyes. Red. How strange.

... It feels a little off, but world? [ that's... a bit more than "out of Japan", or "out of Tokyo"... neither of which she's actually done. ]

[ Because even if Anna has lived all her life in Shizume, she knows that it is only a tiny part of the country and not everyone would recognize it. ]

[Sugar can often be found in the kitchen. It is, in her mind, the best place in the castle. Free food! And lots of it!!

Right now she is sitting on the counter with a cookie she managed to get out of a box. Said box is tipped over on the surface nearby, evidence of her mischief. Then suddenly a girl appears! A new arrival? It must be since they don't know what kitchen it is. Oh boy!]

No, it's the castle's!

If you ask someone where they are and they say "in Paradisa", do they mean in the castle, or just out in a field?
