[ Anna stands still, blinking in a rather lost way at... everything. She had given the Silver pair a marble, went back into the bar....

But this? ]

... This is not Izumo's kitchen. [ Even if she had walked through the bar without remembering it - it was her home, after all, sometimes you just didn't remember crossing a room other than you had to have to get where you were - this kitchen was all wrong.

... Although to be fair she hadn't been in the bar for some time. .. Izumo hadn't either, but Misaki was more likely to rearrange in a messy way than neatly remodel the place.

Thinking of the clansmen caused a small frown. Where were they? She couldn't sense them. She could feel minds but none were familiar.

Anna turns to go and explore after only a moment more of thought. It wasn't like she couldn't protect herself, if this was some leftover ploy of the Green's. ]

Not necessarily. I don't know. This place is weird, kind of in general. You kind of live her now. At least for a little while.

... What about home? And why only for a little while?

Ah. Well, I've heard that time kind of stands still back home. Or at least, when you get sent home it's at the same time that you left, so it will be like you never did. The castle keeps people here for awhile and then they disappear. Nobody knows why.

[ She's a little worried when she picks that thought up, but the explanation makes more sense.

... No one will know I left, because I come back right when I did. [ Well, that does leave another question.

So she didn't actually say the years, but oh well. ]

What if I hit a growth spurt?

You won't. People don't seem to age here. There's a couple of other kids that live here, and I don't think they've gotten taller or anything. Though maybe you could ask them to be sure.

[Because, hey, she should probably make some friends closer to her own age]

[ Although, to be fair, Anna hasn't had many friends her age to begin with.

She has to think on the implications of that. Here for an unknown amount of time, doesn't change while she's here, and goes home right when she left. ]

... We don't remember, when we are home. That this place is here? [ Otherwise, it would be too easy. She could get better at kanji in this strange spare time. ]

I...don't think so? There's been people that left and came back and said that they didn't. It's never happened to me, though.

.... It would be too easy, if this place let us learn, and go back with it...

[ She will not think on how much it could have helped Mikoto. ]

... Is it just a big castle, with rooms for everyone?

Not just. There's towers with other rooms in them, and garden outside, and then beyond that is a whole town and a forest. A whole world, really. But the people that live here are the only "guests".

.... A whole world because its a different planet. [ ... Still weird. ]

Do the other people not want to live in the castle?

The people in town are part of this world, I think. They seem happy where they are.
