So it seems I hit the three year mark while we were out. Three years in this crazy castle... It's a little freaky just thinking about it.

I know it's late and I'm not entirely sure that arriving here is something to celebrate, but hey, why not do something fun anyway? And I happen to have thought of the best thing to do: a Star Wars marathon.

I'll be down in the lobby at 8:30 tomorrow night for those interested. Bring pillows or blankets or whatever will help make you more comfortable. And if any of you don't know what I'm talking about when I say "Star Wars", make sure you come by or you'll miss out big time.

It wasn't as helpful as I'd have liked. [In fact, it was a bit of a disappointment, though the disappointment was mostly in herself. This hadn't been the way she wanted to visit Mineas Well.]

Well, no one was around, and we sort of expected someone to be there.

Nope. From an old resident. One who went to the Dead Zone.

[Whoops, got a little carried away there with her enthusiasm. Dairine quickly amends.] At least I hope you wouldn't.

[Galadriel laughs] Oh, I could not bear to refuse when a dear friend shows such enthusiasm. Will you give me some hint as to what I may expect? Or shall this be a surprise?

[Dairine grins sheepishly.]

Let's just say that these movies are a big reason I became a wizard in the first place.

Ah, movies. [You failed to specify that, Dair.] I have seen one once before. [Yes. One movie. Elves.]

Er, yes. They are movies. [Whoops. That's right; not everyone will know what to expect. Yet she adds quickly.] But they're the best movies! Absolutely must-see movies!

Oh geez, where do I even start? Jedis... lightsabers... space battles... An ongoing fight between good and evil.

Pinig, you still speak in foreign tongues. [Jedis? Lightsabers? What on earth? But she gives a little laugh anyway] But very well. My curiosity will be satisfied soon enough.
