[...York doesn't even know why he's surprised anymore.

Hi, Paradisa.

There's a giant panda and a little red panda curled up in the lobby, looking forlornly at the tower stairs. How were they supposed to ask Carolina for help if they had to climb all of those? And why isn't there any bamboo nearby?]

[Carolina pulls up, snorting lightly as she approaches.] There's enough bamboo for both of you.

[Delta chitters in agreement while York just rolls his eyes. Now, how to climb up into this vehicle...maybe he'll fit on the back?

Delta doesn't seem to have a problem, leaping lightly into the passenger seat.]

[Carolina glances over at Delta with a grin before leaning a little on the back of the driver's seat to watch York.] Need help?

[He tries to scramble up, slips a few times, then grunts. He nods his head a little sheepishly.

Warthogs weren't made for pandas.]

[Doing her best to not outright chuckle at that, she easily hops over the driver's side door and makes her way to the back of the warthog with an efficient step. Without hesitation, she gets bends at the knees and laces her fingers together, ready to give him a boost for at least one paw (if he allows her to).]

[Okay. Okay, this he can do. He's quite heavy, but he tries to use the jeep for as much leverage as he can. Her boost helps him and he finally collapses on the bed, curling around the turret so he doesn't fall off.]

[Carolina grunts lightly, but altogether he's on the truck bed so that's the important part. ] All set?

[Leaning over the side, wanting to make sure he's all prepped and ready for her to go blazing across the courtyard.]

[York waves from the back and Delta chitters a "ready". it's a good thing the terrain is relatively nice between here and the hangar, but they're both hanging on so it shouldn't be too bad regardless.]

[Carolina grins ever wider underneath her helmet, leaning up off the side of the warthog and making her way back toward the driver's seat with an extra sway to her hips. ]

Alright. Hold on.

[And off they go!]

[Hanging on to a moving vehicle without any fingers is kind of terrifying, but York doesn't find it too bad. Delta just thinks it's amusing, peeking up at times to look out the windows.

Once they get into the hangar and the vehcile stops moving, though, York rather oozes out and collapses on the floor.]

[Carolina watches York do that oozing with a chuckle.]

I'll bring the mats out.

[Yeah, he's going to lay on the floor like a lazy panda. Delta will chitter and follow her, though, running alongside her like a very large cat.]

[Carolina grins down at her helper, leading the way to the weight room. The mats are easy enough to carry with the help of the armor and she's back out in the main area of the hangar in no time flat. She drops the mats down to the floor and spreads them one on top of the other.]

[Delta will help! He nudges the mats a little as she sets them down, making sure they all line up neatly. Then he gives York a playful nip on the ear when it's ready so the bigger panda can grumble and shift his way off the bare floor.

He gives Carolina a quick chitter of thanks and then runs over to the jeep to try and grab a pile of bamboo.]

[Carolina steps back a bit as Delta fixes the mats and gets York's attention, moving toward the warthog herself to help pick up anything Delta misses. ]

[There will be a few missing pieces, for sure. Delta has very short arms.

Once York sees the food, he sits up and starts munching, offering some pieces to Delta who pounces in his lap. They're both very snuggleable right now.]

[She'll pick up those few missing pieces, then, and head back their way. They're being so ridiculously adorable, she just has to shake her head a little bit. Apparently York likes to snuggle even when he's a panda. Pulling off her helmet, she decides what work she can get done while she's out here in the hangar. It's not much, but it should keep her busy enough that she won't be tempted to nap.]

[But napping is good, babe. You'll have the world's biggest teddy bear if you do.

Right now the two of them will just act as audience, though, wolfing down the bamboo and looking generally adorable.]

[Carolina shakes her head again at them.] I'll be right back.

[She'll go retrieve a few blankets and pillows for them and a pet project of hers involving holographic displays and the like.]

[Best boss ever.

When she comes back, York will lumber over to her to give her a panda hug in thanks, if she'll allow it.]

[She's a bit surprised to see him up on his feet in the first place, but the hug's alright with her, if a bit short. It's just a bit odd to see him as a panda instead of his usual human form.]

You're welcome.

[Man, tell him about it. By now he's more or less recovered from the Warthog ride, though, and he bumps her playfully with his nose before heading back over to his pile of delicious bamboo.

He could go for naptime, though. Pandas do spend a lot of the day sleeping.]

[Carolina chuckles lightly at the nose-bump and follows him over to the mats to better distribute the blankets and pillows. He and Delta are more than welcome to sleep while she works. Also what is her life that she's making a place to sleep for two pandas in the same space as a pelican, jeep, and any other number of military vehicles.]

[Hey man, it's enough that they don't have to sleep outside in the March weather. It's still snowy out there, for crying out loud.

York will give her one more furry head-nudge before heading over to the nest of blankets to crash for a while. Delta looks like he's already asleep.]

[Her face is sore from grinning and him making his way over to the blankets with the already-sleeping Delta is just too adorable.]
