[ A small orange tabby hisses loudly as it streaks across the front lawn of the castle, followed closely by a young girl with dog ears, and her twin who has currently managed to latch himself onto her head, and seems to be floating in the air while trying to reign her in.

He's also somehow manage to hang onto his journal, which is impressive! But unfortunately means that everyone gets to hear this going on. ]

WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF!!

Auuuuuuuuugh! Jade no!! Bad! Heel!!!

[And a girl and a boy suddenly barrel into his side. It's not enough to make him fall over, although he does let out an alarmed noise as he stumbles to the side.

[WHOA SUDDENLY, DRAGON.

Barreling into him, Jade immediately teleports away to a few paces away.

She growls.]

[ Unfortunately John doesn't teleport. His thing is wind, not space, so he goes summersaulting through the air a few feet before managing to right himself. Covering his head with his hands. ]

OW!

[Wheezing just a little bit... and then... looking at the girl with ears with the most puzzled expression.

It's an expression that's asking why do you smell half human half dog and why on Earth is a human growling at me.]

[Jon and Ghost are out for a stroll when John and Jade streak by. Ghost looks at Jon as though he wants to follow, but Jon shoots him a look that says "don't you dare". Instead he'll simply meander after them, not in anything resembling a hurry, but being reminded of the fights he'd watch between his half-siblings, Arya and Bran, when the former would show herself to be better at most everything Bran applied himself to, save for climbing. The thought brings a rare smile to his face.]

Perhaps you ought to just let her run? I've never known a cat that allowed itself to get caught by a dog, no matter the size of it.

[He gives Ghost and affectionate scratch behind the ears.]

[Well, the cat IS trying to go up a tree.

But she can teleport!

[Okay, so Jon has no idea what "teleport" means, but he's guessing it gives the strange dog-girl an advantage she wouldn't normally have, were she just an ordinary dog...girl...thing. Instead, he glances at Ghost, giving the large direwolf the go-ahead to chase after the pair, and perhaps save the poor cat's life. Ghost is easily as big as the two combined, and on top of that has pinkish-red eyes against his white fur. Fairly intimidating.]

Ghost, guard!

[Jon will chase after them now, thinking to separate the pair as he might have his younger brother and sister, before he left for the Wall.]
