[ A small orange tabby hisses loudly as it streaks across the front lawn of the castle, followed closely by a young girl with dog ears, and her twin who has currently managed to latch himself onto her head, and seems to be floating in the air while trying to reign her in.

He's also somehow manage to hang onto his journal, which is impressive! But unfortunately means that everyone gets to hear this going on. ]

WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF!!

Auuuuuuuuugh! Jade no!! Bad! Heel!!!

[Okay, so Jon has no idea what "teleport" means, but he's guessing it gives the strange dog-girl an advantage she wouldn't normally have, were she just an ordinary dog...girl...thing. Instead, he glances at Ghost, giving the large direwolf the go-ahead to chase after the pair, and perhaps save the poor cat's life. Ghost is easily as big as the two combined, and on top of that has pinkish-red eyes against his white fur. Fairly intimidating.]

Ghost, guard!

[Jon will chase after them now, thinking to separate the pair as he might have his younger brother and sister, before he left for the Wall.]

[wow what is that huge dog over there. Ghost distracts her, that's for sure, and she skids to a sudden halt. She forgets about the cat.

Minus the eye color, the large white direwolf looks like Bec.]

[ John almost goes flying off when his momentum keeps carrying him forward while Jade halts. Luckily a convenient gust of wind just happens to aid him in catching his balance and he'll float to the ground next to Jade, looking at her and looking at the direwolf. He is sure he heard that guy give the giant dog commands, so hopefully he's safe! He just hopes Jade isn't territorial around other dogs or something. ]

[Ghost grounds to a halt near them, looking fairly tame, yet very much like he's intending to hold the pair there while Jon catches up, which he does a minute or two later.]

Ghost, relax. Good boy.

[Ghost indeed relaxes, almost immediately he start panting in an adorable doggy way, despite being big enough to come to Jon's belly.]

So, care to tell me what that cat's crimes were, that you felt the need to chase it?

[He's in Big Brother mode now, but having a hard time keeping the amusement out of his voice.]

[She puffs out her cheeks angrily, flustered.] It's guilty of being a cat! What other crimes are needed?

[wait, no. fuck her life.] I mean... ahhh... No, I'm not actually mad at him or anything. I just... couldn't help it. [sad ear droop... also looking at Ghost again, curiously.]

[ John shrugs his shoulders, just glad this guy and his dog managed to distract Jade long enough that the cat got away and Jade calmed down. ]

It is because she accidentally kind of on purpose fused with her dog Bec a little while back.

[At Jade's admission, all pretense is dropped, and Jon starts laughing in earnest.]

I suppose that's the only crime that's needed, isn't it?

[Ghost perks up, and comes over to give Jade a sniff, curious about the Dog-Girl.]

Fused? How is such a thing possible?

[He thinks back to Orell, the Wildling Skinchanger who could inhabit the body of an eagle, the same eagle that had given him his scar. He also thinks of his own "wolf" dreams, where it felt as though he was seeing through Ghost's eyes. This is a subject of interest for him, you might say.]
