[Dated to... after the Pokémon plot ended, before anything else weird began.

Rin is in Galadriel's room, crouched in front of what appears to be a giant pot holding her new Maractus, which came back with her. She stares at it rocks back and forth and makes weird cooing and burbling noises to itself.]

Weeiiiird... [Ah, breathless. And then her attention switches to the journal.]

Hey ev'rybody! I'm back! I don't remember anything that happened last week, mostly. [An exaggeration but.] But it was kinda fun, huh? I like these weird animals! They're a little scary too, though.

I did. [And, on cue, her Ralts will peer from around some furniture, still a little shy.]

... Oooh! [Rin crawls towards the little Pokémon, crouching a few feet away from the Ralts and staring some more.]

They're so funny! It's like a faerie.

[Oh, hey. This is just a smaller version of Rin. Finyë can deal with that. She come out and cautiously approaches the little girl.]

Rin, allow me to present Finyë. She is somewhat timid by nature, but I believe she will warm to you soon enough. [A quick glance and some unspoken words between her and the Ralts explain the reintroduction.]

[zldkffd what should she do... Rin rests the palms of her hands against her thighs after a moment, and bows to little Finyë.]

[Unlike her owner, however, Finyë does not have a taste for such formalities. She takes the bow as invitation to come up and...sort of nuzzle the top of Rin's head, prompting a laugh from Galadriel.]

[Rin starts back and then she laughs too! She reaches out a hand to pet at Finyë because that's just too cute.] Aww!

She is fond of you, it seems.

She's really cute! What's she called? [She keeps petting at Finyë, now that she seems to be allowed. Wahhh Pokémon are the best...!]

Her name is Finyë. Her kind, I believe, is called a Ralts.
