For those of us who met either of us on our child loss, if you hadn't noticed: Legato and I are back to our normal ages. And also back out in the dead zone. [Fortunately.]

I spoke recently with Zexion, when the world changed to the Pokémon world. He informed me that the first gens have mostly departed, and seemed to indicate that they were fleeing something. Though obviously this hints there might be danger out in the dead zone right now, it's also an opportunity for us to explore without fearing attack from them while this lasts and I think we ought to take advantage of it. I know Aradia was planning an expedition too so this might be ideal timing.

He also informed me that in summer, the rivers on what he referred to as the "Totem Coast" open out and let people travel very quickly. I suggest we consider pushing in that direction and maybe making some vessels. This might be a good opportunity for us.

[She's damn well determined to get in on any expeditions that happen too, Legato-watching or no Legato-watching. He can go back in the cells for the trips, for all she cares. Speaking of Legato... thinking on him...]

I've been out here keeping an eye on the creep for a while now. I think you know who I mean - Legato Bluesummers. Blue hair, yellow eyes, murderous tendencies? I'm thinking I would like a break for a while. Would anyone be interested in relieving me?

I'm hoping we can actually put together rotating teams to help take care of this, as it's wearing for one person to do this.

He's been decently behaved, at least.

Sorry. I don't mean to make it a big thing, I just don't want it to be - really easy for someone to get in and muck everything up, like they did with Joshua in the prison! I'm really tired of the people outside always jerking us around!

Well, sort of a makeshift one. It's in the castle basement but the group that used to kind of organize keeping a watch on it is broken up now.

Oh ... right, th' ... it was some kinda Patrol, aye? I heard a lil' bit about it when m' brother and I first arrived, but th' guy tellin' us about it used it as a bit've a threat. [he sounds a little amused about it, but it's the embarrassed variety of amused]

Communication issues with a bit've bloody Irish stubbornness thrown in, there, I guess. ... What happened to it?

Well... it was an old arrangement. It was around before I even arrived, and to be honest I kind of think it was bogged down in quite a few years of people being cranky with each other and having baggage, and it sort of stagnated and got really hard to get most anything done... so it was disbanded, and now there's sort of nothing in its place. I suppose if someone wanted to put something together now they could.

But I don't suppose you have to worry about being threatened with it anymore.

Sounds like it was more of a pain in the arse than a help t' anyone. ... I'd think in a place like this, people could be grown-up enough t' take care've their own problems.

Usually I think people do when it's little stuff - Peace Patrol was made more to deal with... big things, like residents who'd threaten other residents with little reason, be dangerous just for fun, or threaten the townspeople.

It got bogged down in how far everyone thought it should go, I guess. And how strong a stance should be taken on people that do bad things... to be honest, I guess I'm not one to be so much of a help in that kind of thing, [and she'd rather be able to make decisions under her own power than have to listen to a head honcho,] so I wasn't even heavily involved. I don't know all the details.

Sounds like it was a right clusterfuck. Still! Y'told me more than I knew, so that's one step closer to th' full picture. Thank y'. .... Wouldja like me t' get in touch wi' this Galadriel person m'self?
