I've had some experience with colts at the Knight's stables, but never an egg. I don't want to accidentally hurt it.

.... Keep at body temperature. Blankets and other cloth is a good substitute for a nest, heat can either come from you, or bricks heated by fireside and wrapped in cloth as well.

... Tapping noises indicate that the Quietta is attempting to hatch. If it takes too long, aid. Rapping against a point will encourage.

... Do not know how long it should take - do not know how far along the egg is. Remember something about the texture however...
