[When Cristina asked the castle for things to make a certain time of the month a little easier, she wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it certainly didn't include these things. See, being from the Renaissance age means that pads, tampons, and medication to help with the pain are very new things to her and she has no idea what to do with them. This is why she has done the only thing she could think of to get help with this: consult the journal. And sorry boys, she doesn't think to filter this only to the female population of Paradisa meaning you all get to hear this, too.]

It seems that even being relocated to a futuristic castle cannot stop certain monthly events from occurring. I had hoped that since so much of the technology here is meant to make life easier there would be something to help with this, but I am not certain what to do with the things the castle gave me.

[There's a pause before she continues. This is no less awkward to say than it probably is to hear.]

Such as these.... tampons. How does something like this help? And where are the pads supposed to go? And can these tiny objects really ease the pain if you swallow them?

[She has so many questions, but she figures that's a good place to stop.]

Yes. The objects-- the pills, they're pills-- they'll help. Quite a bit. Take two, with water and food.

And you are sure that they will help? [Because she isn't sure if a guy's opinion on this is really one she should be taking.]

The way they have been explained makes them seem like very-- strange things. I am not certain what kind of assistance anyone would be able to offer aside from further explanation.

Yes, I've been given plenty of explanation on what to do with them although I still do not understand why anyone would want to... do certain things. [Like using tampons. They do not seem very pleasant at all.]

Ah, Stephanie. Cristina and I were just wondering when we should meet to have you help us find clothes suitable for the wedding.

It helps by not making a bloody big mess, they do help, and what did you have instead?

Rags, mostly, and nothing to ease the pain. It seems that after nearly five centuries things have developed very differently.

I had not thought of going to the clinic before and this was the Quickest way I could think of to get answers to my questions.

I am from the year 1486; a very long time in the past for most people, as I have been told. Does that have some effect on how I should use these?

[Having bid goodnight to Stephanie, Ezio accompanies Cristina to her room to carry her bags for her, all her new clothes and accessories and shoes and whatnot carefully packed into neat parcels. He's noticed Cristina giving him odd looks when Stephanie is out of sight, but he hasn't really had an opportunity to ask. As a result, he isn't sure what is going on, but he's not terribly worried.

He sets her bags down on the coffee table and smiles.]

Well, that's one adventure down.

I don't know if shopping could really be considered an adventure. [Not compared to assassinations and whatever else Ezio has been doing that she doesn't know about. She doesn't some back.]

You like adventures don't you, Ezio?

[She doesn't know why she doesn't just come out and ask him about the new information she recieved. It feels like she needs to lead into it somehow.]
