[ Lucrezia's training with Molotov is more important, in the greater scheme of things, but the threat of her husband's beatings sits far on her mind here, and she prefers dwelling on more immediate matters--like how to view the lovely Paradisa from the castle's vantage point.
So she decides on no walking and running today, except if it brings her farther from the ground.
She would sooner knock at Ezio's door with her pants ready, if circumstances allowed. His dalliances doesn't disturb her as much as it amuses her, but Cristina might view her presence differently. And so, a filter has to do: ]
I believe you promised me lessons, Auditore, on how to reach the sky!

I believe you promised me lessons, Auditore, on how to reach the sky!

The sky is nice today, if you'd like to start.

I have my bottoms ready. Where does it seem most reachable, Ezio?

When you can climb fearlessly, I suppose. But first you need to learn how to climb even the simplest things. Get dressed and I'll meet you at the front doors.
no subject
I know no such thing as fear, and I will meet you there to show you, dear mentor.
no subject
I will dress and join you shortly, then, o fearless one. After Molotov it isn't much to fear, anyway.
no subject
Molotov was gentle with me. [ Despite her threats.
And this time Lucrezia takes less than her usual half an hour to get dressed and ready, skipping the steps on the stairs down to the front doors with her journal in hand. ]

It is strange seeing you in trousers.
no subject
Do you prefer me in flowing dresses?

That might make happy, if I could also have a bed of seashells to lie on, and pearls in my hair.

[He rests his free hand overtop hers.]
He's an amusing fellow. A historian, actually, but he refuses to tell me any history.
no subject
[ The corner of her lips tweak up at the gesture but she feigns ignorance. ]
That makes him a terrible historian then--but, you said you would rather not know, Ezio?
no subject
[He glances at her with a smile.]
There are a great many things I think I should wait to see myself. Some things, though, are maddening to think about and go without answers.
no subject
[ Like he does. She tugs on the hem of her blouse. ]
What were the things you could not wait to know of?
no subject
[He chuckles. He can't tell her the truth, but there is a convenient other story he could tell.]
A friend of Shaun's is here, too. A young man named Desmond. Apparently he is my descendant. I wanted to know who I had children with.
no subject
But how could you be sure that he is of your blood when he doesn't even know his great-great-great-grandmother?
[ She almost smirks. ]
Perhaps he is only a great aficionado of yours?
no subject
[He grins at her.]
I can't pretend to understand how bloodlines are determined in their time, but if you get a good look at him, we look like we could be brothers. It's very strange.

Has he inherited your charms, Ezio? Your effortless grace?
