[ Lucrezia's training with Molotov is more important, in the greater scheme of things, but the threat of her husband's beatings sits far on her mind here, and she prefers dwelling on more immediate matters--like how to view the lovely Paradisa from the castle's vantage point.
So she decides on no walking and running today, except if it brings her farther from the ground.
She would sooner knock at Ezio's door with her pants ready, if circumstances allowed. His dalliances doesn't disturb her as much as it amuses her, but Cristina might view her presence differently. And so, a filter has to do: ]
I believe you promised me lessons, Auditore, on how to reach the sky!

[And, he thinks, he would choose to hate hers.]

You have never spoken to me of your mother, Ezio.

My mother had a way of always knowing what I was up to, or who I was sneaking around with. I think she kept me in line, in a sense, but it was my older brother that taught me how to charm women.

I used to be very uncouth. I would stay out until dawn carousing and sleeping with women, sneak into Cristina's bedroom for a bit, and then sneak back out. I got in fights, too -- my friends and I would pick fights with Vieri de Pazzi and his friends.
Not exactly the sort of boy you'd want to see your daughter married to, hmm?

Do you find it charming?

Ah, but he can be jealous nonetheless.

Perhaps Cristina may grow jealous that I have stolen your time.
no subject
I do not think Cristina is a jealous woman. If she wants more of my time, she need only ask.
no subject

Does that mean you love her less than you should?
no subject
I do not know. I think I love her exactly as much as I would any other woman I had once loved but then lost for ten years. It is difficult to say whether I love her now or just the memory of who we were. Both of us. Does that make sense?

[ But she considers it and tries to understand. ] Perhaps I know what it is to be in love with an ideal.
no subject
Yes, but perhaps you will one day. What ideal are you in love with now?
