[Meanwhile, out and about in the city, Desmond is engaging himself with a nice, long run through the city -- and over it rooftops, as well. He can be found pretty much anywhere but the castle today, down on the streets like a normal person as often as he up on the rooftops like some sort of wayward ninja.]

[He doesn't have his hoodie on for once, having finally traded it in for a plain white t-shirt.]

[Well, one may venture to say that this fellow's not entirely a rapscallion, that's for sure. He blew upon his hand, slowly looking up to look upon his object of encounter. He pauses, distracted blinking at the now shirtless man.]


Ah. That--That's won't be necessary, thank you. You may...put your clothes back on...

[Desmond blinks at the decline.] You sure? I kinda made a mess with your coffee. [All the same, he lowers the hand holding the shirt, though he doesn't pull it back on just yet.]

'That's won't be'? Wtf, me...

Yes. Don't worry yourself. The two of us shouldn't leave here with coffee-stained clothes...

[He pulls a handkerchief out of his breast-pocket.]

...If you do insist on some sort of atonement, however, I'll simply hold you to another hot beverage of sorts should I see you again.

[Desmond grins.] Fair enough. [Finally, he moves to pull his shirt back on.] Just don't ask me to make tea. Apparently I'm horrible at it.

Just something my roommate always complains about. Apparently I'm some sort of colonist moron for liking bagged tea.

[He attempts to stifle a laugh.]

...This roommate of yours sounds like quite the character.

...Though, I cannot fault the man. I'd similarly suggest graduating from bagged tea. The bit of extra effort required for loose tea is quite worth it, in my opinion.

[Desmond stares at Miles for a second before giving him a wary, suspicious look.] Uh... huh. This isn't gonna end with me tied to a chair and sipping at Earl Grey, is it?

Dear goodness, no. And Earl Grey is but a mere plebeian in the Kingdom of Quality Tea, I'd say. Besides, I don't tie people to chairs. I convict them.

...Though I won't have you put away for such a minor offense as having a preference for teabags, you can rest assured.
