The Second Time Around Is Supposed to Be Easier, Right?
[There is the sudden sound of clamoring feet and a young child giggling in the background.]
Ashura, go that way. [A frustrated sigh] The last time he was here he could barely walk and now he’s outrunning both of us.
[A high pitched mewling pipes in as if in comment.]
Sibyl, you aren’t helping...
[Ashura, for himself, is trying to get around to the other side of the couch, when Agni bounds down and UNDER the couch, their little boy dropping down to crawl beneath the rather high bottom of it.]
It’s like trying to catch one of them! Agni! Sit this instant! Ryuga, come here!
[Ryuga just keeps going, trying to reach the Pokemon that has curled itself up behind Felix’s heels like it had been doing nothing at all wrong.]
We’re never going to get him to eat at this rate. Come on...
[He kneels down to try and scoop the kid up anyway.
To which Ryuga is none to pleased and begins a most horrendous crying. Or rather, a temper tantrum. He had been playing with Sybil and Agni and did not enjoy being interrupted in his play, but what two year old did?
Ashura sighed, rubbing his temples and pointed at their two Pokemon.]
You two - to bed!
[He pointed, the two pokemon slinking off into the bedroom and out of sight, which Ashura hoped would calm down their child enough to get him to eat.
Ryuga reacts precisely to the opposite and launches into a full fledged screaming fit instead. Somewhere in the middle of this racket Felix is attempting to keep hold of the toddler.]
This isn’t working.
[Why was this easier last year? Somebody help?]
[ooc: Green is Felix, and Red is Ashura]

[And, yeah, that did sound a little desperate. But that's okay, she remembers Wyatt's terrible twos after all.]

[He sounds tired as Felix does and as frustrated. He had never dealt with a child of his own till last year.]

[it takes her a couple minutes but she knocks on the door.]

Perhaps you will have more luck with him.

I hope I can give you guys a few pointers. It's definitely a tough age.

[Seriously. He does not look as pristine as usual. His hair looked hardly done!]

He smirks.]
Are you trying to say you're getting too old for this?
no subject
I am to old for you, by many counts.

[He smirked back though, coming over to take their tantrum ridden child.]
