[Spike has not had a fun day. He woke up in a body that wasn't his, in a room that wasn't his, with a lost journal and a stabbing horrible pain in a leg that he was pretty certain wasn't his, either. And upon finding his journal, he learned someone had stolen his voice and/or his body.

And was probably doing horrible things to it. So, it's a very different voice that finally speaks over the journals]

So...uh. I think the castle's done something horrible. Again. I'm not me and someone else is me and my leg really hurts. Or...his leg really hurts. [Beat] There is a leg and it hurts, that is the information I have to work with.

What is even going on right now? I can't stay like this.

[... So much for keeping that under wraps. This is a lot worse than just turning into something small and weird. He could do a lot of damage to his body if he doesn't watch it. (Not to mention his reputation, which has really suffered enough.)
