Saay I've got a fabulous idea whilst we're waiting for the next "crazy" thing to happen around here...a brain teaser!

Lets see which one of you brainiacs can solve this riddle the quickest.

For some I go fast
for others I'm slow.
To most people, I'm an obsession
relying on me is a well practiced lesson.

Go on...a little intellectual stimulation hurts nobody.

You can't give an answer that just sounds like it could be right...it has to be the answer pre-determined by the person telling the riddle.
