[The following is dictated in somewhat of a brusque, businesslike tone.]

Early last month, I suggested we come together to share the legends and fables of our own worlds in order to help us better understand one another and bond as a community.

For those of you interested, I have selected the cusp of summer for this meeting. I think we will find a clearing and have a campfire, so please dress appropriately. And have your stories ready; not everyone is expected to participate, but I do not want anyone suffering from stage fright and embarrassing themselves.

If you will tell a story, please give me your name.

[A pause.]

For those of you not interested: if you show up just to disrupt us, I'll forcibly eject you myself.

Not too much. It was 2012 in Paris, but only the technology is updated. The phones got smaller. I guess there's more! But technology is always changing.

On my world, our technological advances are slow. We are content with what we have, for the most part, and our items are deeply rooted in tradition.

Exceptions would be the goblins and the gnomes, but they attempt to advance technology a little too quickly, if you understand what I'm saying.

[She scoffs.] Yes. Horrible little creatures. Cannibals, I hear. They are mad, all of them. The gnomes are simply ... enthusiastic. And the goblins side with the Horde.

C-C-Cannibals?! Eating people?! That's gross! Why would they do that?

The trolls also do this. I would not be surprised if the orcs also committed such horrible acts. [ALLERIA: INCREDIBLE RACIST. Speciesist? Whatever, orcs are gross.]

They do these things because they are uncivilized, and follow dark paths.

I do not need to have met all the elves in the world to know all our blood is red, either.

The nature of beasts cannot be changed either.

Beasts do not have the mental capacity to want to change. Unless they're trained, I suppose.

[SIGH] I do not know what else to tell you. Beasts are unintelligent, stubborn things because that is what they are.

Yes and no.

I mean both beasts such as hounds and horses, and beasts such as orcs. They're pretty much the same, anyway. [URU YOU MIGHT BE THE FIRST PERSON TO FIND OUT ALLERIA IS LITERALLY CRAZY WHEN IT COMES TO ORCS.]
