{{001. Disappointments
[Well, this wasn't supposed to be where he ended up. Not to say he was upset by it. Mildly confused and disappointed, maybe. Since his very recent arrival he'd already managed to free himself, disguise himself as a human, and discover his journal. By now he's been watching you for a short time, residents of Paradisa. Though at this point watching consisted of no more than flipping through mortal prattle in the journal and gaining an assessment of the most recent events. People missing, mirrored nonsense, nothing apparently relevant here as none of it seemed to answer what questions he had. Though he has been questioning the strange content filling itself out on a certain page around this time.
In fact, the journal seemed rather chaotic about now. Probably best to hold onto it for later. Instead Loki settled for making the most of his newfound freedom and looking around what appeared to be the interiors of... Well, what was this place?]
[[OOC:: Wow, how do cuts. Anyway. Cut due to spoilers? xux Ahh. I'm nervous.]]

Action
No... Is that...?
Barton ducks behind a sofa, out of sight of the staircase Loki was coming down. He opens his flight case, removing his bow and an arrow from his quiver before peeking around to confirm his suspicions.]
Action
Action forever
Deep breath...
And he pops out, loosing an arrow, before diving for another sofa, drawing another arrow as he does.]

Hiding won't work. Pretending you're someone else won't work. I know it's you. Loki, of Asgard. The one who used the Tesseract to bring the Chitauri through to New York.
[His voice is totally calm, professional. But, inside, he's raging. He wants nothing more than to make Loki pay. To him, they're still fighting.]
And no human can knock aside my arrows like that.

Work on your act, Loki. I can see right through you. [Clint's smile doesn't reach his eyes, however.]

You just keep telling yourself that, Loki. Things are different here.
[That may be a bluff, but he has some powerful friends here.]

[He's going to leave now, moving to head on past the demi-god.]
Watch your back.
