[Ok, this whole books talking to him thing was really, really weird and he did not like it at all, but he didn't have much of a choice when it came to forms of communication. He had done a bit of exploring, tried to figure out just where he was while looking for Al. Hell, he was looking for anyone familiar. Clearly he was not succesful because the voice coming from the journal is loud and very, very irritated.]

First thing's first. I'm looking for my little brother. His name is Alphonse Elric, goes by Al. He's hard to miss, wears a big suit of armor. If any of you know where I can find him I'd appreciate it.

[He takes a deep breath.]

Alright, I have questions and I want answers. Now.

[Listen and be amazed as the tone of his voice goes from irritated to pissed off in less than .001 seconds.]

[And, about ten minutes later, Jorge is leaning against the wall, waiting.

And, yes, he's clad fully in armour, and standing at 7'8"

[And about five minutes after Jorge gets there this blonde kid in a bright red coat shows up, standing at a whopping 5'4"

... and Jorge is right. He's definitely hard to miss.]

[He straightens off the wall]

[he holds out his hand] Nice to meet you in person.

Same. [He takes his hand, being gentle to shake it without, y'know, breaking anything]

So. Is there anywhere that Alphonse likes to be around? Any scenery?

[Normally, that would have been a concern. Ed always shakes with his left hand, but after seeing him in that armor Ed decided to shake hands with his right. The one made of metal. No broken bones here.]

Got any nice libraries nearby? That's usually a good place to start.

Yeah. The castle has a huge library.

[his eyes maybe just lit up a bit. It's not like he likes libraries or anything. Noooope.]

Yeah? Well, lead the way. I'd say it's worth checking out.

[There's a heavy tone to Jorge's voice, as they reach the door to the library.]
