[After a lot of pushing and insisting about his leadership duties (mostly from Ed), Spike was motivated to avoid the cabin and do something aside from nap. Which is why he's currently slouched in the furthest table in the back of the mess hall.
It's hard to tell if he has a headache from thinking too much, or if it's just the nicotine withdrawal (they really are making it hard for him to be an addict here) -- probably the latter. In any case, Spike's got at least one thing on his mind that's bothering him. He's spent the past hour flipping through the journal to try and get a sense of something that suddenly seems a lot more significant.
Who knew it would take summer camp to get his attention?]
So what's the deal now? Instead of leaving for good, people wind up in a place like this with fake memories? ... Seems to be getting more common. [Sarcasm aside, not knowing if someone is dead or living somewhere... that's going to mess with his head for a while.] Something to look forward to.
[He's poking at the food on his tray while he mulls over his life problems. Which include the mush they're serving around here. It's enough to put anyone into depression.]
What do you think the odds are of getting a steak in this place?

Once he spots who it is - that flash of white in a sea of orange and upset plates - he's pushing through the crowd and towards them.
Naturally, it's Vicious he moves to shield, keeping his body angled to keep an eye on Spike. Those new hooves of his might come in handy.]
Whoa, whoa, whoa!

Unlucky for Jo, the sudden movement to force them apart had him jabbing out in her direction before he realizes who it is. He stops short of actually hitting her, but the resulting confusion of that and the sudden appearance of Gren with hooves(?) forces him to slow down and think.
He takes a few steadying breaths, more to calm a sudden flaring anger than any injury, doing all he can not to look at Jo. Like there's a lingering chance she won't get tied up in this.]
Bad timing.

What? That's it?

This has got to stop. Whatever this bullshit is, it cannot be worth this sort of fight.

Watch out, Jo]

Hopefully the rest will know enough to step back.]

He was going to remember that.
But for now, he was going to try and get back to doing what he'd been looking to do when they'd been interrupted, namely strangling his former partner.]

Knock it off. Just leave it for another day. The Greek Gods of this place might like a fight, but it's not worth it. Are you really gonna try to pull this shit in a public place?
[She'll glare at both of them, because this is really STUPID.] You're gonna walk away from this or I'll find a way to make you limp away from it. [Because she's TIRED of this petty bullshit.]

Unfortunately, the bigger risk is letting any sudden shift show. He pushes away, from all of them, or at least attempts to sock Vicious in the eye and elbow anyone else getting near just for some space. From the outside, it probably doesn't look like he's listening to a word they're saying -- until he grounds something out as he glares down his old friend.]
You first.

Fine.
[And like that, he's done. The rage goes back someplace deep inside, hidden behind a mask of total indifference. He pulls away from Spike, and from Gren's restraining hand like he hadn't just caused a brawl in the mess hall.]
