A-Ah! Hi, everyone..!
[Despite all of the craziness of everyone running around sick, or finding strange things, Esther seems mostly ok! She's more worried than anything else, worried about all of the other people in the castle who seemed to be suffering. Surely there had to be something she could do more than just watch everyone else!
Still, she's not entirely sure what that thing is..]
I hope .. people are starting to feel better. And if you're not, I was just wondering.. I don't really have anything to do during the day, after the chapel is all cleaned up, so I thought that perhaps--
[She's kind of fumbling here.]
If you wanted.. if it wouldn't be too much of an invasion of privacy... I would be happy to try and help out, if people needed some help. Or just someone to talk to, or to take care of them while they're ill? Nothing is worse than being sick.. and alone..

Yes! My name is Sister Esther Blanchett, and you're welcome to come to the chapel any time! What's your name?
[dictated]
You're nicer than the nuns at home.
[dictated]
Are the nuns mean back home?

Did you want to go to school here?

[... except]
Who is it?
[dictated]
Well, there is this one girl .. her name is Violet! I think you'd probably like her a lot.
[dictated]
[that sounds more like a hippie name than a Catholic name to her]
[dictated]
[Esther isn't exactly a super Catholic name.]
[dictated]
But I'll go to church on Sundays.
[she considers this a good compromise]
[dictated]
[Don't worry, your secret is safe! Esther figures that being kidnapped to a strange castle is a good reason for not continuing religious instruction.]

'm sick of being sick.
no subject
Phoenix! Oh goodness, what did you wish for? Where are you? Are you in pain? Can I bring you something? How long have you been sick? Can I--
[And, queue the blushing and covering her mouth.]
... sorry. U-Um. Can I bring you something?
no subject
[And incredibly touched by the concern, too.]
I think I'm in trouble for fireworks...
[Despite his attempts at sounding upbeat and well, he's really quite mumbly and coughing.]
no subject
[That seems so silly! Still, she's bottling that temper for his sake, instead making a worried face at the journal (too bad he can't see it).]
Can I .. can I bring you anything? I made soup .. it isn't much..
no subject
[And there's some rustling as he shifts around under his pile of blankets.]
--but don't trouble yourself!!
no subject
[How can it be a trouble?]
It's not a trouble at all! Which room are you in? I'll be right over!
no subject
[And a few sneezes later, he adds]
I guess this isn't catchable?
["Contagious," but he's sick, so points for effort.]
no subject
Even if it is, I don't get sick easily!
[And she's on her way now so a few minutes later there is a knock on the door!]
no subject
--and when he does, he opens it with a rather forced smile plastered onto his face. He's so tired and hasn't slept at all with this peculiar illness, and his eyes show that, although he's trying very hard to look better than he feels.]
Hi, Esther!
no subject
Oh, I shouldn't have asked you to get up...! You really ought to rest..!
[Balancing him and the soup she brought in a travel mug! She can do it!]
no subject
[He half-coughs, half-laughs, and stumbles back onto his futon.]
I'm sure others have got it a lot worse than I have.
[Even so, his eyes are dull, and he's struggling to make himself make sense--although, at least, his fever has lessened somewhat since the previous day, during which he sounded pretty much nonsensical for talking out of his head.]
no subject
[Once he's back on the futon, she's going to carefully set her soup down on the floor and kneel next to him, tucking him in with more enthusiasm than finesse. He's a patient, so there isn't any time to be shy here, though she does flush a little as she presses her hand to his forehead!]
A-Ah, you're feverish.. how long have you been like this? And all by yourself.. It's not good to be sick alone..
no subject
[Yes. Two Pokemon, neither of which are in sight at the moment.]
...but it's sweet of you to be so worried.
[He grins crookedly up at her from the futon.]
I... bet you've been taking care of a lot of people with this, huh? You're luck you're not sick, too.
no subject
R-Right..! But I'm still glad I'm here now.. Isn't it hard to be sick all alone?
[Oh, it's really not fair of him to be smiling at her like that right now! Pulling her hand back, she's going to try and fluff a few of his pillows, settling him so that maybe he can sit up and drink some soup if he feels up to it.]
A-Ah, well, I've been trying to do what I can! I didn't really wish for anything so, I've been lucky so far!
no subject
[He sits up a bit and eyes the soup. She's right... her company makes a big difference in his outlook while he's feeling unwell.]
What kind of soup is that...?
no subject
[It doesn't really make sense to her either, but she's willing to say anything right now so that she can try and keep him in good spirits. And she's grabbing a pillow and putting it behind his head now, propping him up.]
A-Ah, regular chicken noodle! Would you like some? Can I help you .. drink some, I mean? It shouldn't be too hot..
no subject
I think I can probably manage drinking it myself...!
[And he's not sure he'd ever be able to get over being fed chicken noodle soup by a pretty nun.]
no subject
You only get one shot! It's hot, so if you spill it, it'll hurt. If you can't do that, then I'll feed it to you.
no subject
[That's...
cuteamusing. He takes the soup and carefully lifts it to his mouth, sipping it gingerly. When he succeeds at that, he gives a triumphant smile! ...and promptly sloshes a bit out.]Eheh... oops?
no subject
[For a moment she has to stare at him in shock. Then she's giggling, before reclaiming the soup and the spoon that she's brought with him, feigning displeasure and glaring.]
See?! Now open up!
no subject
N-no... no, really, I'm fine!
no subject
You need to eat! Aren't you hungry?
[Poking at him with the spoon!]
