[It's the middle of the day. Maybe you're just walking out of your door to go meet someone. Maybe you heard a suspicious noise outside your door. In any case, you look out your door.

And it's there.

Peeta is nonchalantly going around, leaving a lawn gnome in front of every door. No big deal. He seems pretty wrapped up in his work, dark circles under his eyes and his hair messy. But he'll talk to you. And he'll respond to any journal inquiries about the gnomes.

Because I made a lot and I thought people would like them.

[she looks at it again, surprised]

You made that?

Oh, I meant I painted them. I don't know how I would make them. I worked really hard painting them, though...
